-As you may have seen from the studio diary, Facebook etc., we have recorded drums for a week now. Everything has went as planned (also the technical troubles weren`t a surprise), and we got almost everything on the hard drive now. Still one song to go. You can already watch the funky "teaser"-videos from our Youtube channel, and there will of course be a "proper" making of video of this event too.

-We managed to record the guitar tracks of Taneli during sessions in mid June. Next up will most likely be the drums. Here is the document about the event in June.

-Jannes' rhythm and lead guitars were recorded in late april, and we will continue the recordings with Tanelis' guitar in 6th. of June. Also we will have photo shoots the same time and of course film some documentary about the whole event. Here is the video about guitar recordings in April.

-As you can see, website has been massively updated. Completely new sections are media, studio diary and woodworking / kantele building section. Remember to like us on Facebook link above, subscribe our Youtube videos, join the Facebook group and follow our tweets! Myspace site is still under construction.
-The recordings of the 2nd AH album "Ukon juhla / Feast for Ukko" will start in 19th of March in little village of Lemi, South Karelia, Finland. Niko is first on fire with his bass. We will update the official online studio diary during these recordings, add pictures and also video of the recording process.

-The release date of the new album is finally set to 29.10.2010! Also a new video for the song "Veden loihtu" will be finished at the time of the albums release.

-As you may notice, the release of the album has been delayed once again because of stupid little misfortunes. The new release date hasn`t been set yet by the label.

-Release date of the new album "Muinaisia muisteloita, noita syntyjä syviä" has been set to 27.11.2009. The complete tracklist can be seen in the albums section.

-Auringon hauta has signed a two album deal with CCP records from Austria! According to label, the album "Muinaisia muisteloita..." will be released in late 2009. Let`s just hope that there won`t be any more delays.
