In the near future this page will contain info about our self made (mostly traditional) instruments.
Most of the acoustic instruments that Auringon hauta uses, are self made. Janne Väätäinen made his first 5-string kantele in 2005, and since then he has made dozens of different kanteles, and also other instruments, like whistles and jouhikkos. Also Lari Hammarberg has made several kanteles and jouhikkos.
