I live with my family and dogs in a little village called Heinlahti on the south coast of Finland. Our nearest city is Kotka and to Helsinki we have 120 km.

My family consists of husband Jouni and our daughter Fanni, 12 years old. We both are working in the driving school, Jouni as a teacher and I in the office.

At the moment we have three leonberger females: Mimmi, Mokka and Muusa.

We have had leonbergers since 1990, when we got our first leonberger, Igor, from kennel Ramavan´s.

The first Maxigor litter was born to Melissa on 1998, and Dina stayed with us. Until this we have had 15 litters. We have 0-2 litters in the year. Kennelname Maxigor comes from our first two leos: Igor and Maxim.

In my breeding work the main thing is the good temperament. In addition to it I would like to get leonbergers which are healthy, have good structure and normal movement, the dogs that will give a lot of cause for rejoicing to their owners.
